AFP to guard against NPA’s “permit to campaign”

QUEZON City, Philippines, August 17 (Eagle News) — The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) is going to take actions against the New People’s Army’s (NPA) “permit to campaign” especially now that the 2016 presidential elections are near.
