(Eagle News)–Incumbent Rep. Emi Calixto-Rubiano is poised to win the mayoralty race in Pasay. Calixto-Rubiano is ahead of her closest rival Cesar “Chet” Cuneta by as much as 85126 votes, with  99.48 percent of election returns already transmitted.
