Two farmers found beheaded in Maguindanao

(Eagle News)–The bodies of two farmers who had been decapitated have been found in Maguindanao. Authorities said the lifeless bodies of Jabon Bistas and Ceasar Deamada Fermin were discovered in Parang on Saturday, April 28. The police said it was the residents themselves who found the bodies around 5 a.m. The police have yet to determine the motive for the killing.

LOOK: After the heavy rains brought about by “Paolo,” an electric post hovers dangerously over a main road in Parang, Maguindanao

Residents in Barangay Sarmiento in Parang, Maguindanao fear that this post toppled down by the heavy rains brought about by “Paolo” on Wednesday, October 18, will cause fatal accidents. The post–located inside the compound of  Sarmiento Central Elementary School in Elementary Zone 1–is owned by Maguindanao Electric Cooperative, Inc. (Magelco).  Sarmiento Barangay Secretary  Jed Colegio said personnel from Magelco have already made an ocular inspection in the scene. Dennis Dimatingkal – Eagle News Correspondent
