(Eagle News)–A low pressure area has been spotted near Pangasinan and is being monitored by the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration. PAGASA said the LPA, as of 3 a.m., was located  380 kilometers west of Dagupan City.
