PAGASA: Rains to persist in parts of PHL as new LPA outside PAR enhances southwest monsoon

(Eagle News) — “Ramil” on Thursday intensified into a Tropical Storm, bringing rains in several parts of the country as it interacts with the northeast monsoon. As of 10 a.m., the center of Tropical Storm “Ramil” was located 365 kilometers west of Coron, Palawan.
