(Eagle News)–The Philippines and Israel on Monday, Sept. 3, inked several agreements during President Rodrigo Dutertes official visit. Foreign Affairs Secretary Alan Peter Cayetano, representing the Philippine government, signed the memorandum of understanding on scientific cooperation.
