(Eagle News) — The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board has allowed Transport Network Companies to impose a P2 per minute of travel time charge on their passengers as part of the TNCs’ fare structure. TNVS drivers file P5-million suit vs Nograles over LTFRB suspension of P2-per-minute of travel time charges

(Eagle News) — Transport Network Vehicle Service drivers on Monday, Aug. 20, filed a P5-million lawsuit against PBA Party-list Rep. Jericho Nograles for their alleged losses resulting from the suspension of the P2-per-minute charges. It was the Land Transportation Franchising Regulatory Board that ordered the suspension of the policy, after Nograles claimed these were illegal charges.
