DAVAO City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte and Sen. Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., topped the overseas absentee voting (OAV) for president and vice president in the May 9 elections. Data released by Commission on Elections Commissioner Rowena Guanzon said that Duterte had 313,346 votes followed by Liberal Party standard-bearer Mar Roxas with 41,263.
