Sandiganbayan suspends lawmakers and mayors due to overpricing

QUEZON City, Philippines (October 2) – The Sandiganbayan ordered the suspension of a lawmaker from Mindanao as well as three local government officials due to violations of the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act which includes over-pricing in the procurement of supplies.
