JULY 9 (Eagle News), Weather Update: The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Thursday morning placed the provinces of Bataan and Bulacan under “Orange rainfall” due to heavy downpours brought by the southwest monsoon enhanced by Tropical cyclone “Falcon”.
