QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) – Caloocan police arrested more than 100 persons, including minors, on Thursday night, September 8, under Oplan Rody in different parts of Caloocan City. Police arrested the 100 persons who violated various city ordinances such as drinking liquor or alcoholic beverages in public, wearing no shirts in public areas.
