Bangko  Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP)  encourages  individuals  who still have  old bank notes or peso bills (New Denomination Series ) in their possession  to   exchange  these  with the New Generation Currency (NGC) Series  in  banks  until December 31, 2016 only.
