Oil price hike expected this week

(Eagle News) — Oil companies announced a price increase in their petrol products this week. Thirty to 40 centavos per liter will be added to the present rates of gasoline, while 60 to 70 centavos will be added to diesel prices. Fifty to 60 centavos will be added to kerosene prices. This is the first oil price increase since the three-time rollback last month.

Big oil companies hike prices on Jan. 3

MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) —  Oil firms welcomed the new year by increasing their pump prices. Flying V, PTT Philippines, Pilipinas Shell Petroleum, Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Unioil and Seaoil said the cost of gasoline increases by Php 0.70 centavos per liter and diesel by Php 0.60 centavos per liter starting Tuesday, January 3. Flying V, Petron and Shell also announced that the price of kerosene is up by Php 0.55 centavos per liter.

Oil companies implement price hike

Petroleum products saw an increase in their prices as oil companies started implementing a price hike on the said products. There is also an increase in the price of liquefied petroleum gas while there is no increase in the price of diesel. Oil companies implemented price rollback

70 centavos per liter of diesel and 65 centavos per liter of kerosene were implemented by Shell, Petron, Phoenix and Seaoil. 25 centavos per liter of gasoline was implemented by Shell while Seaoil and Petron implemented a 30 centavos rollback per liter of gasoline. PTT Philippines implemented a 75 centavos rollback per liter of kerosene and 25 centavos per liter of gasoline. Other oil companies are expected to follow.
