According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical & Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), Luzon is still under the influence of the northeastern monsoon or “amihan”. Most of the country will be cloudy or partly cloudy.

The northeastern monsoon weather system will now terminate and will be replaced by the easterlies weather system.
