Inaprubahan na ng National Economic Development Authority ang paglipat ng New Bilibid Prison sa Fort Magsaysay, Nueva Ecija. Ito ay may pondong 50.18 billion pesos at matatapos sa loob ng 5-7 taon. Kaya nitong tumanggap ng 26, 880 na bilango.
