(Eagle News)–The National Bureau of Investigation has filed estafa and falsification of documents charges against Bryan Sy, owner  of WellMed Dialysis Center, over the ghost dialysis mess. Also charged though were former employees  Edwin Roberto and Liezel Aileen De Leon, who made the exposé.
