NATO has told Russia to “stop massing” its troops on Ukraine’s border and open a “genuine dialogue.” Kyiv meanwhile has offered amnesties to pro-Russian occupiers of buildings in eastern Ukraine. International Community Condemns Russian Occupation of Crimean Peninsula

The international community condemns the occupation by Russian troops of Ukraine’s Crimean peninsula. NATO further asked Russia to recognize its international commitments and US Secretary of State John Kerry said that there can be economic disruptions against Russia.
