MRT-3 to increase maximum passenger capacity to 30 percent starting Monday, Oct. 19

(Eagle News)–Starting Monday, Oct. 19, the Metro Rail Transit-3 will increase its passenger capacity  as the economy reopens amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
