‘Starter kits’ distributed to Mayon evacuees
MANILA, Sept. 19 (PNA) — To ensure the safety and comfort of families evacuated from Mount Mayon danger zones in Albay, authorities started distributing “starter kits” to the displaced people. 901st Infantry Brigade commander Col.
