(Eagle News) — Senate leaders on Wednesday, Aug. 15, filed a resolution urging the Metro Manila Council to recall the “driver-only vehicles” ban on Edsa during rush hours. MMDA lifts number-coding scheme in all cities in M. Manila except in Las Piñas, Makati

(Eagle News)–The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority on Monday, Aug. 13, lifted the number-coding scheme. The MMDA said the suspension applies to cities in Metro Manila, except for Las Piñas and Makati. The suspension came as the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration forecast continuous monsoon rains in Metro Manila on this day, with two tropical storms outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility enhancing the southwest monsoon.
