QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — Protest actions greeted President Rodrigo Duterte’s first year in office. The rallyists gathered in Mendiola and used emojis to grade the Duterte administration. The militant groups claimed that there were more negative happenings than positive events during President Duterte’s first year, and that the President failed to deliver on his campaign promises.
