(Eagle News) — The United States Embassy in Manila will be closed on Monday, May 28. In a statement, the embassy said this was in observance of Memorial Day, when those who died while serving in the US military are honored. According to the embassy, all its affiliate offices will also be closed to the public on that day. The offices will resume work on Tuesday, May 29.
