(Eagle News) – As of 4 a.m. today, Wednesday, Dec. 16, typhoon Nona was located 125 km Northwest of Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro. It has maximum sustained winds of 130 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 160 kph, and is forecast to move West Northwest at 9 kph.
