SC justices inhibit regarding Binay case

MANILA, Philippines – More Supreme Court (SC) Justices voluntarily inhibited themselves from participating in the oral arguments regarding the case of Mayor Jejomar Erwin “Junjun” Binay. These are Associate Justices Presbitero Velasco, Arturo Brion and Francisco Jardeleza.
