QUEZON City,Philippines (Eagle News) — The Philippine Coast Guard placed its personnel in Mindanao under alert after the declaration of martial law. Two vessels of the PCG went to Mindanao to bring relief goods while the third one will soon follow. The PCG also tightened their security in ports and harbors of Mindanao.
