(Eagle News)–The Palace on Wednesday, May 8, released matrices detailing a supposed plot to oust President Rodrigo Duterte. Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo said the matrices, which show a “deliberate conspiracy” against the administration, were based on validated intelligence information received by Duterte.
