In a statement, the Manila International Airport Authority said Allen Capuyan, its assistant general manager for security and emergency services, stepped down from his post effective March 12, 2018. Manila court orders transfer of Taguba to PNP jail

(Eagle News) — The Manila Regional Trial Court on Friday ordered the transfer of Customs broker Mark Ruben Taguba to the Philippine National Police Custodial Center, citing security reasons.
