(Eagle News) — A “mini-plantation” of marijuana was discovered by authorities in Marikina City on Thursday, June 7. Two people, Miguel Joseph Arias and Danica Joyce Tapar, were arrested following the discovery of the plantation in SSS Village, Barangay Concepcion that housed P4 million worth of marijuana at 10 p.m. A 17-year-old was also placed under custody.
