QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — The Philippine National Police (PNP) is preparing for the planned protest actions of anti-Marcos groups on Friday, November 25. According to PNP Chief Director General Ronald Dela Rosa, he has already advised police to exercise maximum tolerance on what is called as “Black Friday” protest.
