(Eagle News)–Gen. Rommel Francisco Marbil is the new Philippine National Police chief. The Palace made the announcement shortly after Police Lt. Gen. Emmanuel Baloloy Peralta was designated PNP officer-in-charge. Peralta effectively replaced Police Gen.
