Manila court orders transfer of Taguba to PNP jail
(Eagle News) — The Manila Regional Trial Court on Friday ordered the transfer of Customs broker Mark Ruben Taguba to the Philippine National Police Custodial Center, citing security reasons. Trial of PNP officials transferred to Manila RTC
