QUEZON City, Philippines – Malacañang is confident that the impeachment complaint filed against President Rodrigo Duterte will be dismissed. Presidential Spokesperson Ernesto Abella said the impeachment complaint filed by Magdalo Representative Gary Alejano has no basis.
