Vice President Jejomar Binay said that he is willing to face the controversy of the overpriced Makati buildings but he will not be swayed by calls to face the Senate. He added that he will push through with his prepared speech which was cancelled due to rampage of “Luis”. He will make the statement this Thursday, 2 in the afternoon.
The Department of Justice has confirmed the admission to the witness protection program of the three witnesses on the alleged overpriced Makati buildings.
The 17 members of the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee will vote for a wider investigation regarding the overpriced Makati buildings because Senator Trillanes did not include them in his original resolution.
