QUEZON CITY, Philippines (Eagle News) — Earthquakes struck parts of northern and southern Philippines on Monday, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said. The first earthquake took place at 7:28 a.m., at 22 kilometers northwest of Pagudpud in Ilocos Norte.
