LPA enters PAR; “Luis” forecast to enhance southwest monsoon, bringing rains in parts of PHL

(Eagle News) — The low pressure area that was spotted northwest of extreme northern Luzon has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said. Luis enters PAR

The tropical depression being monitored by PAGASA has entered the Philippine area of responsiblity, where it was given the local designation of “Luis”. Its outer clouds will bring rains to Visayas and Mindanao.
