According to reports, four were recorded dead due to the rampage of “Luis”.

As “Luis” leaves the country, another low pressure area was spotted and is currently being monitored by the PAGASA.
DSWD releases Php 44 million for “Luis” victims
The Department of Social Welfare and Development has prepared a 44 million peso budget to help those who are affected by “Luis”. According to DSWD Secretary Dinky Soliman, an estimated 2 million families in 8 regions were affected by “Luis”.

The tropical depression being monitored by PAGASA has entered the Philippine area of responsiblity, where it was given the local designation of “Luis”. Its outer clouds will bring rains to Visayas and Mindanao.
