According to the PAGASA, by Wednesday morning, Typhoon “Henry” will leave the Philippine area of responsibility. Public storm signal number 2 is raised over the Batanes group of islands while public storm signal number 1 is raised over Cagayan and Babuyan Islands.
A low pressure area enters the Philippine area of responsibility, with a possibility of becoming a storm in 1-2 days.
PAGASA is monitoring a low-pressure area (LPA) that may enter the Philippine area of responsibility on Sunday, April 6, 2014 and will receive the designation “Domeng”.
