Foreigners with long-term PHL visas to be allowed entry into country starting Aug. 1

(Eagle News) — Foreigners with long-term visas will be allowed entry into the country starting Aug. 1. Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque on Friday, July 17, said, however, that this was subject to certain conditions.
