(Eagle  News) — Laos Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith and Indonesian  President Joko Widodo arrived in the country on Sunday, in time for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations Summit. Sisoulith’s plane landed at the Clark International Airport shortly before 11 a.m. He was welcomed by Energy Secretary Alfonso Cusi. Minutes after, Widodo’s plane landed.
