(Eagle News)–Signal No. 2 has been lifted in all areas as “Jenny,” now a tropical depression, crosses the mountains of N. Luzon and leaves the landmass. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said the center of “Jenny”  emerged over the Lingayen Gulf  around 3 a.m. today. “Jenny” is highly likely to reintensify into a tropical storm, PAGASA said.
