According to Atty. Harry Roque, Jeffrey Laude’s camp is considering the possibility of filing a case against the United States security personnel guarding US Marine Lance Corporal Joseph Scott Pemberton if said security personnel continues to refuse transferring Pemberton to the New Bilibid Prison.
