DFA coordinates with Canadian and Norwegian embassies regarding kidnapping incident

The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) is in continuous coordination with the embassies of Canada and Norway regarding the kidnapping incident last Monday involving two Canadians and a Norwegian. PNP releases artist sketch of kidnapping suspect

September 24, 2015

The Philippine National Police (PNP) released the artist sketch of one of the suspected kidnappers in the Samal Island incident wherein three foreigners and a Filipina were kidnapped. Said sketch was made through the descriptions made by the two Japanese tourists who were able to escape the kidnapping incident.
