‘Investors not worried about Samal incident’ – Palace

Presidential Communications Secretary Herminio “Sonny” Coloma said that there is no need to meet foreign investors regarding the kidnapping incident involving three foreigners and a Filipina in Samal Island, Davao del Norte. Abu Sayyaf suspected of kidnapping of foreigners in Samal Island

Although there is no direct confirmation yet, authorities are suspecting the bandit group Abu Sayaff to be behind the kidnapping of three foreigners and one Filipino in an exclusive resort in Samal Island.
