Napoles may be admitted to ‘Ospital ng Makati’ today

After Judge Elmo Alameda of the Makati Regional Trial Court gave his permission, Janet Lim Napoles may now be admitted to the Ospital ng Makati for her operation. She is suffering from a lump in her uterus as well as bleeding. Her counsel emphasized that the government will not pay for Napoles’ treatment.

Makati City Regional Trial Court Judge Elmo Alameda says Janet Lim Napoles should be confined in a government hospital and not at the St. Luke’s Medical Center, after Napoles’ personal and emotional appeal that she be allowed to undergo hospitalization and surgery due to a suspected myoma.
