Sereno to attend quo warranto hearing even if request to inhibit not acted on

(Eagle News)–Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno will still attend the April 10 oral argument set for her quo warranto case even if the Supreme Court does not act on her manifestation that five justices inhibit themselves.
