QUEZON City, Philippines – Communist Party of the Philippines founder Jose Maria Sison is still included in the United States’ list of terrorists. According to CPP-NDF peace panel chairman Luis Jalandoni, this  hinders Sison’s return to the Philippines as the US government may attempt to take steps against the CPP chairman despite President Rodrigo Duterte’s invitation for Sison to return to the Philippines.
