(Eagle News) — A tropical storm has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility. In a radio interview, Ariel Rojas, Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said, however, that Tropical Storm “Caloy,” with international name “Jelawat,” that entered PAR around 8 a.m. on Tuesday will not have a direct effect on the Philippines.
