Roque not convinced with RTC’s decision regarding Pemberton case

Attorney Harry Roque expressed his disbelief regarding the decision of the Regional Trial Court against United States Marine Joseph Scott Pemberton. According to Roque, Pemberton should be declared guilty of murder and not homicide. Although he added that the victim’s family is still happy with Pemberton’s conviction.
