(Eagle News)–The National Bureau of Investigation has recommended the filing of a graft complaint against former Tourism Secretary Ramon Jimenez over the allegedly anomalous P1.2-billion “It’s More Fun in the Philippines” advertisement campaign from 2012 to 2014.
