(Eagle News)—An Intertropical Convergence Zone is affecting Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao today, June 5. In its 6 a.m. advisory, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said as a result, Visayas and Palawan will be cloudy and will have scattered rains and thunderstorms.
