Ilocos region suffers from lack of electricity
ILOCOS Region, Philippines, August 24 (Eagle News) – Due to the rampage of typhoon “Ineng”, large portions of the provinces of Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur are still without power. The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) said that its personnel are having a hard time repairing the damages in their facilities because of the 7-ft high flood.
